Refund and Returns Policy

At Poorthi, we take pride in offering the purest Gangajal. We do not accept product returns, but we are happy to offer exchanges in case of damaged or defective products
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept exchanges for opened or used Gangajal.
Exchange Process:
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team via email at care@poorthi.in or call us at +917290990979 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, images and a video while opening the product if the product is damaged or defective.
Exchange Authorization:
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with exchange authorization.
- You do not need to send the damaged product back to us.
- We will ship a new bottle of Poorthi Gangajal within 3 working days of exchange authorization at no additional cost.
Refunds:
As we do not accept returns, no refunds will be issued unless an error is made on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product sent).
Shipping for Exchange:
We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item if the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
